At Bare Rollz, we aim to get your bamboo toilet paper to you as quickly and sustainably as possible.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timeframes

We ship right across Australia! To ensure your premium bamboo rolls arrive safely and efficiently, we partner with specialized courier networks. Delivery timeframes are calculated based on your region:

Metro Areas: Delivery takes 2 – 5 business days once dispatched.

 Includes: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Gympie, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth Metros.

 Major Regional Hubs: Delivery takes 2 – 5 business days once dispatched.

 Includes: Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Byron Bay, and surrounding major coastal hubs.

 Country & Inland Areas: Delivery takes 4 – 8 business days once dispatched.

 Includes: Cairns Regional Hub, Canberra/ACT, and deep agricultural or inland regional towns across QLD, NSW, and VIC.

 Southern & Western Metros: Delivery takes 5 – 9 business days once dispatched.

 Remote & Outback Australia: Due to specialized freight requirements for deep outback locations and parts of the Northern Territory or Tasmania, standard checkout delivery is unavailable. Please email our team at hello@barerollz.com with your postcode and order size, and we will happily arrange a custom delivery quote for you!

Please note: Dispatch handling typically takes 1–2 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Tracking links will be emailed directly to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Fees

We believe in straightforward, predictable pricing. Your shipping fee is a fixed flat rate calculated automatically at checkout based entirely on your destination zone:

 Metro Delivery: $10.00 Flat Rate

 Major Regional Hubs: $20.00 Flat Rate

 Country & Inland Tracks: $30.00 Flat Rate

 Adelaide & Perth Metros: $45.00 Flat Rate

 Deep Outback / Remote: Custom Quote Required (Contact hello@barerollz.com)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your roll's journey. 🎉

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address] with your order number and we'll sort it out promptly.
