At Bare Rollz, we stand behind the quality of our premium bamboo toilet paper. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

As our product is a hygiene item, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used packs. We encourage you to reach out before returning so we can find the best resolution for you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right promptly.

Exchanges

As we currently offer a single product, exchanges are not applicable. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
