How long will a 24-pack last?

A 24-pack lasts roughly 3 months for two people. Each roll has 370 sheets — about double the length of a standard supermarket roll — so you're not restocking every fortnight.

Is Bare Rollz soft enough for sensitive skin?

You save 15% on every order ($40.80 per pack instead of $48), and your card is only charged the day before each pack ships. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before, so there are no surprises.

Can I cancel or skip my subscription anytime?

Yes, anytime. Log into your account to skip a delivery, change the frequency, or cancel completely. No phone calls, no exit surveys, no hoops.

What's your returns policy?

If you're not happy with your order, email us at hello@barerollz.com within 30 days and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened packs, but we'll still sort you out. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement the same day.
